1. The Services

KenoLab provides informational tools, historical draw data views, and optional features to help you track and review your own play. The Services are intended for personal, recreational use where permitted by law.

2. No lottery affiliation; no guarantees

KenoLab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government lottery operator. Nothing in the Services constitutes lottery advice, financial advice, or a promise of any particular outcome. Past draw results and statistical summaries do not predict future results. Each draw is independent; using the Services does not change the odds of any game.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must comply with applicable laws, including age and eligibility rules for lottery play in your jurisdiction. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services in any unlawful manner.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us through the support channel listed on the App Store listing if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions and billing (in‑app)

Certain features may require a paid subscription processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). If you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of the period you already paid for, unless Apple’s subscription rules provide otherwise.

Prices and billing periods are displayed before purchase as presented by Apple. Taxes may apply as determined by Apple.

6. Free and paid features

We may offer free and paid tiers. Features may change over time; we will aim to keep descriptions accurate and materially honor active subscriptions.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KenoLab and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or (b) twenty‑five U.S. dollars (USD $25).

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify KenoLab against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or created risk or possible legal exposure. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.

13. Governing law

Unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
