1. Who this applies to

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect identifiers such as your email address, authentication tokens, and preferences you provide (for example, your selected state game).
• Usage and app data. We process information needed to operate features you use, such as draw history you request, session logs you save, and related timestamps and device context needed for reliability and support.
• Subscriptions and purchases. Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple through its in‑app purchase system. We receive subscription status through our payment partner (RevenueCat) so we can unlock in‑app features consistent with your purchase. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple for in‑app subscriptions.
• Push notifications. If you opt in, we use a push token to deliver notifications you request (for example, new draw alerts). You can disable notifications in your device settings.
• Support communications. If you contact us, we retain your message and contact details as needed to respond.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Services; authenticate users; process subscription status; communicate with you about the Services; comply with law; and enforce our terms.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Services (for example, hosting, analytics, and subscription management), subject to appropriate contractual protections. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our users and the Services.

5. Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage and improve stability and performance. Where required, we will align our practices with platform requirements and your device settings.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may update some account information in the app. You may request account deletion through the app where available.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required for processing in your region, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such children.

10. U.S. state games

KenoLab is an independent tool for personal tracking and analysis. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Michigan Lottery, the Massachusetts State Lottery, or any government lottery operator.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
